Removing Cash
Cash is a hassle. Purchasers need to have it on them to make a purchase. It needs to be collected, counted, audited and banked. This is both time consuming and a security risk. When cash is removed there’s no counting or trips to the bank. Campus Connect can remove cash by providing options to add value to a user account - similar to depositing money in a bank - or using a predetermined credit limit - like a credit card. Once a user’s “account” is in credit, the funds can be used to make purchases at Point of Sale terminals, vending machines, copiers and other equipment without using cash via virtually any type of card. In the Cafeteria
