The MDS Card-access Terminals control and account for the usage of photocopiers, microfilm reader / printers and network Print Management Software.

The terminal can not only control equipment, but can be used to ‘create’ new user cards and add value to existing ones, thus potentially eliminating the need for additional stand alone equipment.

The MDS/5000 Terminal utilizes the highest level of secure magnetic stripe card technology. They accept a number of card formats, including stored value cards (encoded with a monetary value), limit cards (encoded with a number of copies / prints or points), stored value-limit cards (encoded with both a debit and limit field), account cards, and stored value-account cards (which allow a single card to be used for stored value and account functions). Making the MDS/5000 the most robust and versatile controller available today!
