Sales Account Manager
Must have a minimum of 3 years in outside sales and account management specifically working with the Higher Education Market providing high tech hardware and software solutions or in a related industry such as Office Equipment or Network printers. The ideal Candidate will have a proven background in sales/account management combined with a strong knowledge of Computer networking, MicroSoft Windows Operating Systems and Very Strong working knowledge of Printers / Copier Systems.
Software Support Specialist
Must have a minimum of 3 years experience, working closely with end users, system Administrators and sales staffs. This position requires some travel with about 10% of the travel being over-night. Must have proven track record and a minimum of a BS in Computer Sciences. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of MS operating systems, networking and Databases – (SQL); the perfect candidate will be someone with Desktop / Student Help Desk experience in Higher Education.
Overall responsibilities include: Installation, training and support of MDS software applications – (MDS will provide necessary training on our software), but you must have the other skills in order to qualify! This is a fast growth position into a managerial role. Must be able to be self motivated and handle responsibility.
